What is the return policy for in stock items?

Loudmouth accepts returns for in stock items that are in their original condition (unwashed and unworn) with tags attached and purchased no more than 90 days prior. In stock items may be returned for a refund to the original card or account the purchase was made from. Loudmouth must receive all returns first before a refund is granted. We do not refund shipping charges.

What is the exchange policy?

We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order through our website at au.loudmouthgolf.com. We do not refund shipping charges.

Can I return Made-To-Order items?

Since Loudmouth's Made-To-Order (MTO) items are made specifically for you, we offer a one-time exchange per silhouette or store credit for MTO items. MTO exchanges must be made within 90 days of the shipping date. All MTO exchanged items must be in their original condition (unwashed and unworn) and include the original tag. Exchanges can be made for an item of the same price only. We do not refund shipping charges.

How long does it take to receive a Made-To-Order product?

It takes 4 weeks for Made-To-Order products to reach the customer’s doorstep.

The product I want is not on the AU website, but I see it on the Canada, UK, and USA website. How can I purchase the item?

We are only able to ship items from our USA website internationally. Due to licensing restrictions, some products are available in the USA only.

My order consists of in stock and Made-To-Order products. Will they ship separately?

Yes, they will ship separately. The in stock item will ship out next business day from our US warehouse, while the Made-To-Order item will arrive up to 4 weeks from purchase date. You will receive a tracking number for both shipments separately.

How do we ship your order? How long does it take to ship my order?

Your in stock product will be shipped from the United States. We use International Economy for shipments. Please allow 8-14 business days for your in stock order to arrive. Please allow 4 weeks for your Made-To-Order items to arrive. Customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties that may apply to your order upon delivery.

Customs & Duties:

Loudmouth is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that your country's customs office may require upon delivery of merchandise purchased and shipped from the U.S. ** If you are shipping to an address outside of the US, you will receive a separate bill from FedEx for the customs/duties associated with your shipment. **

Can I make a change to my order?

Changes to an in stock order can be made up until your item has shipped. Once the item has shipped we can no longer make any changes, which includes address changes. Made-To-Order items cannot be changed or cancelled once your order has been placed.

If a product is purchased from Loudmouth Golf's authorized Amazon store, then your return must go through Amazon's return process. Customer is responsible for any additional customs and duties that may apply to your order.

How do your products fit?

For men’s clothing, Loudmouth measures true to size and runs similar to chinos.

For women’s clothing, you can find a sizing chart on the product page for the specific item you’re interested in.

What is the difference between Regular, Easy-Fit, Par-Five, and Euro-Fit styles?

Regular: Fits like your standard, chino golf pants.

Easy fit: Fits the same as the Regular style, but includes an elastic waistband that stretches up to 1 inch. Do not worry! The elastic is sewed inside of the pants and the pants will not scrunch up like a pajama. Customers that have tried these swear by them and never order Regular cut again!

Par Fives: They fit similar fit to a jean. It includes 5 pockets with rivets. They sit lower on the waist and are tapered down the legs for a slimmer fit.

Euro Fit: Fits lower on the waist, slimmer by the thighs, and slightly flared at the bottom. Good for guys that like slimmer cut pants.

When will you get more inventory?

We recommend signing up for the newsletter in order to get notified when inventory is replenished. Customers can also find designs that we do not stock and additional products such as sport coats, vests, etc. n the Made-To-Order section of the website. Our newsletters contains up to date news on NEW designs, LMx Club member benefits and special sales.

Am I eligible for a price adjustment?

If you purchased an item from our website and the price drops (in the same pattern & size) within 7 days of your order date, we will honor a one-time price adjustment for the difference in store credit. To request a price adjustment, please send an email to info-au@loudmouthgolf.com with your order number and details of eligible merchandise.
